Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use our site.

We sell women's clothing online at fashionfloora.com. We sell and deliver to customers in the United Kingdom only.
2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must not:
- Transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our servers, or any connected system
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website, including by introducing viruses or malicious code
- Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the site
- Place orders using false details, or a payment method you are not authorised to use
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.
3. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), include UK VAT, and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment you complete your order.
We take care to describe our products accurately. Every product page lists the fabric composition and a size chart with measurements taken from the actual garment. Please note:
- Garment measurements are taken by hand and may vary by up to 3 cm (approximately 1.2 inches)
- Colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your display settings
- Some of our styles run smaller than standard UK or US sizing. Where this is the case, we say so clearly on the product page. Please check the measurements before ordering.
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We are not liable for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and refund you in full.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method you have chosen.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract between us is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order — it is not acceptance of it.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout and in our website footer, including major credit and debit cards. The payment methods available to you may vary depending on your country.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
- The product is out of stock or no longer available
- We suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorised use of a payment method
- There has been an error in the price or product description
- The delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, or is one we are unable to deliver to
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in a further 7–15 business days, so most arrive within 2–4 weeks of ordering. Shipping is a flat £7.50, and free on orders over £65.
We sell and deliver to the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched by our third-party fulfilment partner. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
Any UK import VAT or duty arising on the import of your order is paid by us and is included in the price shown at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional charges on delivery. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Returns, Refunds & Your Cancellation Rights
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging. Full details, including how to start a return and who pays return postage, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
As a UK consumer you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This right is in addition to our 30-day returns policy, and nothing in these terms limits it.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, and page design — is owned by or licensed to ADSTEAK LTD and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
"Fashion Floora" and our logo are trade marks used by ADSTEAK LTD. You may not use them without our written consent.
8. User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or any other content to our site or social channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business.
You confirm that any content you submit is your own, does not infringe anyone else's rights, and is not unlawful, offensive, or misleading. We may remove any content at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to that, ADSTEAK LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website — including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
We do not guarantee that our website will be available without interruption or free from errors.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, and refuse to accept future orders from you, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms — for example by placing fraudulent orders, abusing our returns policy, or attempting to interfere with the site.
If you have an account with us, you may close it at any time by emailing contact@fashionfloora.com. Termination does not affect any order already placed and accepted, or any rights either of us has accrued before termination.
11. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control — including strikes, carrier failures, customs delays, extreme weather, or acts of government.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top.
The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force on the date you placed it. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you live.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
